This ensures every journey remains bespoke, deeply personalised, and held within a safe, supportive atmosphere.
Your Sound Bath experience will be 60 minutes of immersive sound, woven with ethereal tones and frequencies designed to soothe the nervous system and awaken inner stillness.
Please allow 90 minutes to 2 hours in total, as the journey unfolds with gentle arrival, grounding, and integration.
