You’ll be welcomed into a serene, safe space where you’ll recline comfortably  on either a massage table or yoga mat (depending on preference) with blankets and cushions. After a short consultation, the session begins with breathwork or intention-setting, followed by a meditative sound journey. Many clients report a sensation of floating, deep emotional release, or profound calm.

 

 

 

 

Do I need to have experience with meditation or sound baths to benefit?

 

Not at all. Our sessions are suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators. You only need an open mind and a willingness to relax. The sounds do the work, gently guiding you into stillness and healing.
