Notice Period

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session. This allows us to offer the space to other clients and maintain the flow of our schedule.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. This policy ensures that time and preparation costs are respectfully covered.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. No-shows significantly affect our ability to support other clients waiting for appointments.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In cases of medical emergency, sudden illness, or other unforeseen events, we will assess the situation with compassion and may offer to rebook your session without charge at our discretion.

Group & Corporate Bookings

For group sessions, retreats, or corporate bookings, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Due to the scale of preparation and resources involved, late cancellations will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
