Step into a sanctuary of stillness and allow yourself to be immersed in sixty minutes of pure sound. Crystal bowls, gongs, and therapeutic instruments will guide you into deep rest, restoring balance and calming the nervous system. Please allow up to 90 minutes for the full experience.
What to Bring
Please be wearing comfortable clothing to be able to relax onto your yoga mat - Mats pillows and blankets provided
Parking
Parking is available nearby at Witham Park. From the car park, walk to Tattershall road , turn left, and after a two-minute walk you will arrive at The Mindfulofbeing Centre which is on the left hand side.
To keep the sound baths personalised and bespoke Spaces are limited to only 10 guests, and advance booking is required.
